My Acjuva Review

!±8± My Acjuva Review

Acjuva - Just A Low Price or Best Acne Treatment?

Recently, I've received a few questions about the new Acjuva 3-step formula. Obviously, it's a great deal: 4 months of all natural acne treatment for only .95. The real question is "Does it really work?"

I'll analyze the ingredients and post some actual consumer reviews (both positive and negative) that have been posted on the website to which I contribute (Sybervision Reviews).

Acjuva makes a pretty bold claim: "Annihilate Your Acne in 14 Days...Or It's FREE!" If this stuff doesn't work and they actually do give refunds, Acjuva is in trouble.

Acjuva's Ingredients

There are three ingredients in Acjuva that are tested and proven: tea tree oil, white willow and aloe vera.

Tea Tree Oil: this is a wonderful alternative to benzoyl peroxide. Benzoyl peroxide is an effective acne treatment, but it literally burns your skin, leaving your face dry, flaky and in pain. A few years ago I started using a no name acne treatment that used tea tree oil. It worked just as well as b.o., but it was much gentler on my skin.

I recently read a study conducted in Australia, comparing tea tree oil to benzoyl peroxide. Tea tree oil was found to be as effective as benzoyl peroxide, but side effects were more than half as frequent.

White Willow: if you've dealt with acne products before, you know that salicylic acid works, but is anything but gentle on your skin. 95% of acne treatments use a cheap, man-made form of salicylic acid. Higher end product use the natural form found in white willow extract. It is all-natural, effective and gentle on your skin. You pay more for it, but it is worth it.

Aloe Vera: this works as an anti-inflammatory agent. Acne is inflammation, so aloe Vera is key to calming acne. Acjuva includes organic aloe Vera, which is even more effective.

So Does Acjuva Really Work?

The ingredients look great. As with all acne products, we have no idea how much of each ingredients is in each bottle. Companies give a list that goes from highest to lowest parts per bottle.

This means a product could have great ingredients, look good on paper, but not perform, because it could be composed mostly of water. It Is difficult to decipher whether Acjuva uses this deceitful marketing tactic, but from what I've read in various acne forums, it seems to work for most people.

Acjuva offers a 120-day money back guarantee, which tells me they are confident. Many companies offer guarantees, but very few honor them. From what I've heard (only from one consumer, below) Acjuva honors their refund policy.

Consumer Reviews:

"10 days is all it took. I really is gentle, but still manages to get rid of the acne."

"Acjuva is good stuff. It cleared my acne in time for my senior pictures! It doesn't do much for acne scars, but I'm not sure if those are even treatable without plastic surgery."

"I heard about Acjuva from my cousin. It helped him clear his acne in a month. I went in thinking the world of this product, but I was let down. My acne wasn't annihilated, but about 50% of it was cleared up. After 6 weeks I decided to return it. The refund was processed quickly, so my experience with Acjuva was just OK. Good company, OK product (for me)."

"My acne wasn't cleared in 14 days, but there was a noticeable difference. It took about 2 months to completely rid me of acne and I still had half a bottle left. I still use it to control my acne. Mainly, I am too scared to get off of it. At any rate, I highly recommend Acjuva."

Conclusion

I recommend Acjuva. The ingredients are good. The consumer reviews are good. The money back guarantee is legit.

Hydroxycut Hardcore - A Review

!±8± Hydroxycut Hardcore - A Review

Nowadays, being thin is not just the goal of both men and women alike. Rather, they take it a step further and aim for a chiseled, toned, and buff body. Because of this weight loss supplements now promise more than helping you lose weight. Hundreds of supplements today also supposedly help you achieve that toned body you have always wanted. One such product is Hydroxycut Hardcore.

What it is

Hydroxycut Hardcore is a supplement made by MuscleTech. Known as the granddaddy of all weight loss supplements, it has been around for decades, claiming to help people, men especially, achieve the body they've always wanted. It has undergone many changes in formulation to improve its function and effectiveness. The oldest type of Hydroxycut contains Ephedra, but this has changed ever since Ephedra was banned by the US FDA.

Promises

By taking Hydroxycut, you are given the promise that you will:

Decrease body fat by 7.9%
Increase norepinephrine by 40%

Hydroxycut Hardcore is mostly recommended for body builders.

Ingredients

The ingredients found in Hydroxycut include:

Green Tea Extract

280mg of Caffeine

White Willow Extract

Aspidosperma quebracho-blanco extract

If you look closely at these ingredients, you will find that these ingredients are common to most weight loss supplements. Green tea and caffeine are both known to be capable of helping you lose weight. But the huge amount of caffeine found in Hydroxycut Hardcore can be dangerous for those who cannot take that amount of caffeine in one dosage. Hence, it is important to consult your doctor before taking this product.

According to the MuscleTech website, what makes Hydroxycut unique is its blend of ingredients, or the Proxyclene Fat-Loss Blend, which includes green tea extract, Lasidrate Delivery Blend, Norepidrol Intensity Focus Blend, and Yohimbacore Blend. However, upon closer inspection, you will find that the ingredients of Hydroxycut are nothing unique. These ingredients are mostly found in typical supplements. Little dosage can not make you lose weight.

Other ingredients found in Hydroxycut include:

Sesame oil

Silica

Gelatin

Isopropyl alcohol

Butyl alcohol

Dehydrated alcohol

Dimethylaminoethanol

Beta cyclodextrin

Dosage

According to MuscleTech, Hydroxycut Hardcore should be taken mainly as a dietary supplement. People should take three capsules with an 8-oz. glass of water twice a day. It is also recommended to be taken before your work out.

It is highly recommended to consult a specialist before trying this product. The side effects of caffeine can be dangerous if you have a heart condition and if you are pregnant or lactating.

Natural Bedding - Now I Lay My Baby Down to Sleep

!±8± Natural Bedding - Now I Lay My Baby Down to Sleep

As parents, should we be concerned when we lay our baby/child into their cribs and/or beds? They're just there to rest and sleep, right? We understand this quality time is for their restoration, health, and growth. The last thing we want to find out is the air they will be breathing and the bedding and mattress they are sleeping on might be harmful to them.

The respiratory rate (breath in and out) of an adult is 15-20 times/min. When we look at pediatric respiratory rates, they are as follows; a preschooler (3-6 years) breathes 22-34 times/min, a toddler (1-3 years) breathes 24-40 times/min, and an infant (birth-1 year) breathes 30-60 times/min. Simply stated, a toddler, while resting or sleeping in their bed will breathe in and out, 15,360 times a day, just during the time they are in bed! This figure would be even higher for an infant. As parents, what our children breathe is of great importance to us.

In 2006, regarding fire regulations and fire retardants, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued and updated their rules for mattress manufacturing. This was the first update since the creation of the Rules in the 1970s. The CPSC Rules (16 CFR Part 1633) states that mattresses must be fire retardant. Mind you, this is a good thing, in and of itself, problem is, that in the manufacturing process, chemicals are commonly used to accomplish this purpose. In doing so, a potential health hazard for our children is created. This article deals with the problems chemicals pose and offers a better and more natural bedding solution.

THE PROBLEM
Although these flame retardants pose great risks to human health, there are no current regulations in place requiring a manufacturer to inform the consumer about the flame retardants they use. Due to patents and such, the majority of bed manufacturers will not disclose the chemicals used in their fire retardant process, for fear of divulging their proprietary secrets and rights. As consumers, we have the right to not buy a mattress if full disclosure of its contents has not been given. As a parent, it is your right to know about everything your baby/child is breathing when they are resting or sleeping.

While it is generally accepted that fire retardant rules and regulations are good intentioned, it is parents who are ultimately responsible for the cumulative effects from any and all chemicals that might reach our children. As a consumer of children's goods, everywhere you turn, "the buck gets passed to you". This comes in the form of claims stating; "insufficient data to evaluate this product", or "at this level and at this exposure, this.... poses no immediate health threat to human life". As parents, the buck stops with us, as we are the first and last lines of defense. As parents, we are responsible for the cumulative effect of everything in the lives of our children.

We are told, over and over again, that exposure to, contact with, or breathing small amounts of various chemicals pose no imminent health risks. But, as parents, we are keenly aware that it is the cumulative effect we are really concerned about, not the single exposure or contact with questionable chemicals or agents.

The Federal Registry publication of the Final Rules (16 CFR Part 1633), reads as follows; "The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) & the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will continue to evaluate the potential effects of fire retardant treatments to ensure they do not present a hazard to consumers, workers, or the environment." What we have here is a situation where the long term effects of the chemicals used in fire retardants are not fully known. At best, the rules/regulations concerning bedding are an ongoing work in progress. Only time will tell what the eventual outcome will be. As consumers, we need to be aware of all that is in our children's environment and world.

THE NATURAL SOLUTION: WOOL BEDDING
One of the very sound things a parent or consumer can do would be to completely bypass the entire issue of fire retardant chemicals by purchasing a natural bedding mattress with thick outer layers of wool. By its very nature, wool is fire retardant. A mattress wrapped in wool satisfactorily passes every fire test available and this is accomplished without the use of chemicals. By meeting the Federal CPSC Rules (16 CFR Part 1633); a mattress wrapped in wool complies with the Federal fire retardant rules/regulations and is a natural bedding product.

Wool is a sustainable raw material (sheep only get a haircut), not harmful to the environment, and is actually healthy for the body. Furthermore, wool is naturally dust mite free, resists molds, and is naturally hypo-allergenic. On the other hand, commercially made mattresses are also fire retardant, but become so by using harmful chemicals. Unintentionally, the chemicals contribute to the cumulative effect of one's exposure and potentially harmful diseases.

A mattress manufacturer may have the right to not disclose their proprietary manufacturing secrets, but ultimately, a parent has the right to know what is in the products they will buy for their children. In the final analysis, you have the right to choose chemical free natural bedding for your child.

If your child has allergies, asthma, and/or chemical sensitivities, you might want to consider the choice of an organic mattress, wool pillow, or a wool comforter. When it comes to natural bedding, wool has many forms. Consider all of your options.

Band / Group Details: Our new Debut CD "Volume One" has had great reviews and articles from Music Review, USA Today, Alternative Press Magazine as well as contributing writers for top publications such as Rolling Stone Magazine. Our album has received substantial Radio Airplay in Phoenix AZ and Albany NY as the official music for two radio talk shows on stations KFNX 100 and Talk 1300 AM, some of the hottest radio stations in their market. Brandt Morain "Volume One" is comprised of multiple genres including 1970-80's style Rock, Country, A Capella, Christian / Religious, a song that makes fun of Rap, Easy Listening and a few recordings that defy categorization. In order to bring you the best Christian music possible, our recording philosophy omits recording industry "innovations" such as Autotune. These devices damage a recording artists performance in our opinion, producing sterile results that have destroyed the quality of some of the best Christian songs and other great music in the industry. The Diaper Cake - A Centerpiece With a Purpose

!±8± The Diaper Cake - A Centerpiece With a Purpose

A diaper cake is a great gift idea for a baby shower or for welcoming home a new born. Although it looks like an expensive tiered cake, a diaper cake can be inexpensive to make and can be designed to fit any theme.

You will need a few items. A large package of diapers. I prefer using a larger size diaper rather than new born since larger diapers are easier to handle. Cloth diapers can be used to create an eco friendly cake. A box of rubber bands, several large rubber bands, two sided tape, the cardboard core from a roll of paper towels, a cardboard cake board, fancy ribbon and items you wish to use for decorations.

Decorating the cake is a lot of fun because you can get as creative as you like. Choose several items such as toys, bottles, brush and comb, etc. Decorate a diaper cake for a boy themed with animals and trucks. A theme of butterflies and lady bugs look adorable on a cake for a little girl. A Winnie the Pooh theme works well for boys and girls. A bath theme could include several rubber ducks, baby power, shampoo, soap, etc. A plush animal set on the top of the cake is a nice touch but don't choose a stuffed toy that is too large because it will over power the design.

Start by rolling the diapers into cylinders so that the top of the diaper is in the middle of the roll. Use a rubber band to secure each rolled diaper. Arrange the rolled diapers around the empty paper towel tube. Keep this first layer in place using a large rubber band. Arrange a second row around the first, securing the second row with a large rubber band also. A twelve inch cake board should take three rows of diapers. Use the same technique for creating the second and third layers.

Measure lengths of ribbon to go around each of the layers. Make sure to cut your ribbon a little longer so that it overlaps some. Position the ribbon to cover the rubber band. Secure the ribbon with the two sided tape making sure it is tight enough so that it doesn't slip but not so tight that it puckers the diapers. Decorate your diaper cake with the items you have chosen. Arrange them around the various levels until you are satisfied with how they look. Then, using the two sided tape, tape them to the ribbon.

You now have an adorable gift that looks good enough to eat!

Log Furniture Beds

!±8± Log Furniture Beds

Log furniture beds are a rather innovative furniture style as compared to traditional hardwood furniture. Very often, log and rustic styles uphold the natural shape, texture, and luster of the wood used. They go a long way in retaining the natural qualities of a particular wood type. Apart from this, log furniture beds are not without logs knots or bold grains. This enhances its natural look and makes it distinct from others. A large number of log furniture beds, though specially treated, are left unfinished to maintain the rustic theme. Apart from purchasing log furniture beds from registered stores, innovative individuals may avail of log furniture bed plans. They are easy to follow and offer detailed information. Armed with the right tools and wood selection, it is possible to make log furniture beds at home too.

Log furniture beds are available in Southwestern designs and other contemporary styles. When potential buyers decide to buy log furniture beds, it is advisable to indulge in comparison-shopping before making a decision. This helps compare price points, features, and manufacturer's reputation. Log beds can be made of either soft or hard wood. This includes cedar, pine, oak, walnut, hickory, and maple. Other varieties include birch, cherry, alder, and willow. It is possible to find log beds at fair price shops and closeouts.

They are widely available at local, lifestyle, and online furniture stores. People may choose to read reviews, guides, and catalogs, to find an affordable log furniture bed that is well matched with the surrounding décor. Apart from designer varieties, log furniture beds are available at regular prices, and through discount sales. Certain durable and stable log furniture beds can stand the test of time and age gracefully. It is important to find a quality product that does not decay, rot or are weakened by insect attacks and termites. Certain log furniture beds are made of wood that has natural oils, which can withstand such problems.
